What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard models have an MOQ of 500 units, with trial orders starting at 100 units. Customized products require separate cost evaluation due to mold development fees, and we will optimize the solution for you.
How do you ensure product quality?
All audio products undergo 72-hour aging tests (including 12 indicators like frequency response and distortion) and come with third-party SGS reports. We support on-site QC inspections or video inspections by clients.
What is the delivery lead time?
Standard products ship within 7 days from stock. Custom prototypes take 15 days, and mass production requires 25-30 days after sample confirmation. Rushed orders can be prioritized.
Do you support logo and packaging customization?
Yes, we offer various logo techniques (e.g., silk-screen, laser engraving, hot stamping) and packaging customization (e.g., color boxes, corrugated boxes), provided with vector files.
What is your after-sales policy?
We provide a 1-year warranty (excluding human damage) with options for repair or replacement. Overseas clients can resolve common issues via local agents or video guidance.
